Cowie Construction was started by Chad Cowie in 2001. Starting out with framing and siding subcontracting, Cowie Construction has evolved into a full service design and build contracting firm.

We aim to simplify and bring professionalism to the home improvement industry. Using fixed pricing and detailed design planning, we bring peace of mind and comfort to the renovation space, both home and commercial.

We require all contractors registered on our platform to have up-to-date third-party liability insurance for a minimum value of $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. This insurance allows you to be better protected in the event of damage to your property or your neighbor’s, or in the case of an accident on the construction site.
